Unit Data

View sensor readings, system info and diagnostics

The Unit Data screen lets you view live sensor readings, refrigeration system data, and system information. Some data items marked with an asterisk (*) are only visible in Advanced User Mode.

Step 1: Open the Menu

With the system powered up (START/RUN-OFF switch in START/RUN position) or in PC mode, press the MENU key until the UNIT DATA soft key is displayed.

Step 2: Open Unit Data

Press the UNIT DATA soft key to open the UNIT DATA screen.

Step 3: Select a Sub-Menu

Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll through the available sub-menus. With the desired sub-menu highlighted, press the "=" key to view the data. The screen has a 15-second timeout.

Step 4: Scroll Through Data

Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll through the data list within the selected sub-menu.

Step 5: Lock the Screen

Press the LOCK SCREEN soft key to freeze the current display. The screen will show white lettering on a black background to indicate it is locked, and the soft key changes to UNLOCK SCREEN.

Step 6: Unlock and Exit

Press the UNLOCK SCREEN soft key, or press the ▲ or ▼ key to unlock and scroll. Press BACK to return to the sub-menu selection screen, or EXIT to return to the default screen.

Available Sub-Menus

• Fuel Level — % of fuel in tank (only displayed when optional sensor is installed and configured YES) • Battery — battery voltage • Amp Draw (DC) — battery charging or discharging amps • Engine Coolant Temperature • Engine Speed — engine RPM • Engine Fuel Load — throttle position (% open)

• Ambient Air Temp — air entering the condenser • Return Air Temp — air entering the evaporator • Supply Air Temp — air leaving the evaporator • Delta-T — supply air temp minus return air temp (negative = cooling, positive = heating) • Defrost Term Temp — defrost termination temperature

• Remote Sensor 1 • Remote Sensor 2 • Remote Sensor 3 These sensors are optional and may not be applicable to your unit.

• Discharge Pressure — refrigerant pressure leaving the compressor • Compressor Discharge Temp — refrigerant temperature leaving the compressor • Suction Pressure — refrigerant pressure entering the compressor • Suction Line Temp — refrigerant temperature entering the compressor • Evaporator Pressure — refrigerant pressure leaving the evaporator • Evaporator Outlet Temperature — refrigerant temperature leaving the evaporator • Suction Mod Valve — % open of CSMV • Expansion Valve — % open of EVXV

• Date / Time — current system date and time • Trailer/Asset/Car ID — as entered by the user • Unit Serial # / Unit Model # • Micro Software Revision / Display Software Revision / Remote Display Rev • Main Micro Serial # • IntelliSet — displays if option is installed • DataTrak — displays if option is installed

24-Hour Clock

The system uses a 24-hour clock. Hours 00 to 11 are AM and hours 12 to 23 are PM. The displayed time may differ from your local time depending on time zone and daylight-saving selections made by the unit owner.
