Unit Data

View sensor readings, system info and installed options

The Unit Data screen lets you view live sensor readings, system voltages, engine data, refrigeration values, and unit identification information.

Step 1: Open Unit Data Menu

With the system powered up (START/RUN-OFF switch in START/RUN) or in PC mode, press the MENU key until UNIT DATA is displayed.

Step 2: Enter Unit Data Screen

Press the UNIT DATA soft key to display the unit data screen. The screen will display with a 15-second timeout.

Step 3: Select a Sub-Menu

Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll through the available unit data sub-menus. With the desired sub-menu highlighted, press the "=" key to view the data.

Step 4: Scroll Through Data

Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll through the sub-menu data list.

Step 5: Lock the Screen

To lock the present LCD display, press the LOCK SCREEN soft key. The screen will highlight (white lettering on a black background) to indicate it is locked, and the soft key will change to UNLOCK SCREEN.

Step 6: Unlock and Navigate

Press the UNLOCK SCREEN soft key to unlock the screen, or press the ▲ or ▼ key to unlock and scroll. Press the BACK key to return to the sub-menu selection screen or the EXIT key to return to the default screen.

• Fuel Level — percentage of fuel in tank (displayed only when optional sensor is installed and configured YES) • Battery — battery voltage status • Amp Draw (DC) — battery charging or discharging amps • Engine Coolant Temperature • Engine Speed — engine revolutions per minute • Engine Load — engine rack (throttle) position, shown as % open

• Unit AC Current #1 — high voltage current draw on circuit 1 • Unit AC Current #2 — high voltage current draw on circuit 2 • Unit AC Current #3 — high voltage current draw on circuit 3 • Unit AC Voltage — voltage in the high voltage circuit

• Ambient Air Temp — air entering the condenser • Return Air Temp — air entering the evaporator • Supply Air Temp — air leaving the evaporator • Delta-T — supply air temp minus return air temp (negative = cooling, positive = heating) • Defrost Term Temp — defrost termination temperature

• Remote Sensor 1, 2, 3 — temperature at optional remote sensor locations. These sensors may not be applicable to your unit.

• Discharge Pressure — refrigerant pressure leaving the compressor • Compressor Discharge Temp — refrigerant temperature leaving the compressor • Suction Pressure — refrigerant pressure entering the compressor • Suction Line Temp — refrigerant temperature entering the compressor • Evaporator Pressure / Outlet Temperature — refrigerant at the evaporator • Econo Pressure / Temperature — refrigerant at the economizer • Suction Mod Valve — % open of CSMV • Expansion Valve — % open of EVXV • Econo Expansion Valve — % open of ECXV

• Date / Time — current system date and time • Trailer/Asset/Car ID — as entered by the user • Unit Serial # / Unit Model # • Micro Software Revision — software on the main microprocessor module • Display Software Revision — software on the display module • Remote Display Rev — software on the remote display (if installed) • Main Micro Serial #

24-Hour Clock

The system uses a 24-hour clock. Hours 00 to 11 are AM and hours 12 to 23 are PM. The displayed time may differ from your actual time depending on time zone and daylight-saving time selections made by the unit owner.

If one or more options are installed, they will appear in the sub-menu list: • Intelliset — IntelliSet option is installed • Datatrack — DataTrak option is installed • Datatrack Advanced — Advanced DataTrak option is installed

Advanced User Items

Data items marked with an asterisk (*) in the sub-menus are only displayed when the unit is in Advanced User mode.
