Shutdown & Equipment Settings

Configure shutdown, equipment, setpoint and monitor settings

Unit May Auto-Start!

Once automatic functions are set, the system could start at any time. Before servicing the unit, disable it to prevent injury. All presets will remain once the battery cable is reconnected.

Shutdown Settings

These settings control when the APU engine shuts down automatically: • Coolant Sensor Alarm — Shuts down APU engine if coolant temp sensor is detected open/short • Engine Oil Pressure — Shuts down APU engine if low oil pressure is detected • High Engine Temp — Shuts down APU engine if coolant temperature is high • Compressor Alarm — Shuts down APU/CCU if compressor alarm is detected. If set to NO, APU, heater, and evaporator fan will continue to operate.

Equipment Settings

These settings enable or disable optional equipment: • Cabin Air Heater — Optional air heater installed and electric heat disabled • Tractor Engine Block Heater — Optional tractor engine block heater (A-STA only) • DPF Installed — For non A-SKY units with DPF installed • Engine Interlock Installed — Allows engine interlock to be temporarily disabled for service/testing • Radiator Fan Installed — Enables radiator fan output (default for STA is "Yes")

Setpoint Limits

• Min Setpoint — Sets the minimum allowed setpoint • Maximum Setpoint — Sets the maximum allowed setpoint

Monitor and Timer Settings

• Battery Monitor — Enables battery monitor if configured in functional settings • Auto Temp Start — Enables temp start if configured in functional settings • Timer 1 — Enables Timer 1 if configured in functional settings • Timer 2 — Enables Timer 2 if configured in functional settings

Additional Settings

• Protect Data With Pin — Protects settings with a Tech PIN • Voltage for Start-Stop Reset — Battery voltage (default 12.2V) at which the APU will restart if the unit is OFF during Comfort Monitor operation • Engine Coolant Restart — Engine coolant temperature at which the APU will restart if the unit is OFF during Comfort Monitor operation

• Outlet Max Run Hour — Controls outlet behavior: 0 hours disables the outlet, 1–23 hours stays on then turns off automatically, 24 hours keeps the outlet on indefinitely (default is 1 hour) • Logging Interval — The frequency at which the data logger records information (default is 1 minute)
