Unit Data
View sensor readings, system info and diagnostics
The Unit Data screens let you view live sensor readings, engine data, refrigeration system pressures and system information. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are only visible in Advanced User mode.
With the unit powered up (START/RUN-OFF switch in START/RUN) or in PC mode, press the MENU key until UNIT DATA is displayed.
Press the UNIT DATA soft key to display the unit data screen.
The Unit Data screen appears with a 15-second timeout. Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll through the available sub-menus. With the desired sub-menu highlighted, press the "=" key to view the data.
The selected sub-menu data is displayed. Press the ▲ or ▼ keys to scroll through the data list.
To hold the current display, press the LOCK SCREEN soft key. The screen will highlight (white lettering on black background) to indicate it is locked. The soft key changes to UNLOCK SCREEN.
Press the UNLOCK SCREEN soft key to unlock the screen, or press the ▲ or ▼ keys to unlock and scroll. Press the BACK key to return to the sub-menu selection screen or the EXIT key to return to the default screen.
Engine Data
• Fuel Level — percentage of fuel in tank (only displayed when optional sensor is installed and configured YES) • Battery — voltage and charging/discharging status • Amp Draw (DC) — battery charging or discharging amps • Engine Coolant Temperature • Unit AC Current #1 (2, 3)* — high-voltage current draw on the numbered circuit • Unit AC Voltage* — voltage in the high-voltage circuit • Engine Speed* — engine revolutions per minute • Engine Load* — engine rack (throttle) position (% open)
Refrigeration Sensors
• Ambient Air Temp — air entering the condenser • Return Air Temp — air entering the evaporator • Supply Air Temp — air leaving the evaporator • Delta-T — supply air temp minus return air temp (negative = cooling, positive = heating) • Defrost Term Temp — defrost termination temperature
Remote Sensors
• Remote Sensor 1, 2, 3 — temperature at optional remote sensors (may not be applicable to your unit)
Refrigeration System
• Discharge Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the compressor • Compressor Discharge Temp* — refrigerant temperature leaving the compressor • Suction Pressure — refrigerant pressure entering the compressor • Suction Line Temp* — refrigerant temperature entering the compressor • Evaporator Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the evaporator • Evaporator Outlet Temperature* — refrigerant temperature leaving the evaporator • Econo Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the economizer • Econo Temperature* — refrigerant temperature leaving the economizer • Suction Mod Valve* — % open of CSMV • Expansion Valve* — % open of EVXV • Econo Expansion Valve* — % open of ECXV
System Information
• Date / Time* — uses a 24-hour clock (00–11 = AM, 12–23 = PM); may differ from local time depending on time zone and daylight-saving selections • Trailer/Asset/Car ID* — as entered by the user • Unit Serial #* • Unit Model #* • Micro Software Revision* — main microprocessor software • Display Software Revision* — display module software • Remote Display Rev* — remote display software (if installed) • Main Micro Serial #* • Installed Options* — displays if one or more options are installed • IntelliSet* — displayed if the IntelliSet option is installed • DataTrak* — displayed if the DataTrak option is installed
Data items marked with an asterisk (*) are only visible when the controller is in Advanced User mode. Refer to the Advanced User page for instructions on enabling it.
