Unit Data
View sensor readings and system information on screen
The Unit Data screen lets you view live sensor readings, system voltages, software revisions and other unit information. Some data items marked with an asterisk (*) are only visible in Advanced User mode.
With the system powered up (START/RUN-OFF switch in START/RUN) or in PC mode, press the MENU key until UNIT DATA is displayed.
Press the UNIT DATA soft key to display the unit data screen. The screen has a 15-second timeout.
Press the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) key to scroll through the available sub-menus. With the desired sub-menu highlighted, press the EQUALS (=) key to view its data.
Press the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) key to scroll through the data list within the selected sub-menu.
To freeze the current display, press the LOCK SCREEN soft key. The screen will highlight (white lettering on black background) and the soft key changes to UNLOCK SCREEN.
Press the UNLOCK SCREEN soft key, or press the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) key to unlock and scroll. Press BACK to return to the sub-menu selection screen, or EXIT to return to the default screen.
The following readings are available (items marked * display in Advanced User mode only): • Fuel Level — percentage of fuel in tank (displayed only when optional sensor is installed and configured YES) • Battery — battery voltage status (O.K.) • Amp Draw (DC) — battery charging or discharging amps • Engine Coolant Temperature • Unit AC Current #1 — high-voltage current draw on circuit 1 • Unit AC Current #2* — high-voltage current draw on circuit 2 • Unit AC Current #3* — high-voltage current draw on circuit 3 • Unit AC Voltage* — voltage in the high-voltage circuit • Engine Speed* — engine revolutions per minute • Engine Load* — engine rack (throttle) position, % open
• Ambient Air Temp — air entering the condenser • Return Air Temp — air entering the evaporator • Supply Air Temp — air leaving the evaporator • Delta-T — supply air temp minus return air temp (negative = cooling, positive = heating) • Defrost Term Temp — defrost termination temperature
• Remote Sensor 1, 2, 3 — temperature at optional remote sensors (may not be applicable to your unit)
• Discharge Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the compressor • Compressor Discharge Temp* — refrigerant temperature leaving the compressor • Suction Pressure — refrigerant pressure entering the compressor • Suction Line Temp* — refrigerant temperature entering the compressor • Evaporator Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the evaporator • Evaporator Outlet Temperature* — refrigerant temperature leaving the evaporator • Econo Pressure* — refrigerant pressure leaving the economizer • Econo Temperature* — refrigerant temperature leaving the economizer • Suction Mod Valve* — % open of CSMV • Expansion Valve* — % open of EVXV • Econo Expansion Valve* — % open of ECXV
• Date / Time* — system date and time (24-hour clock; 00–11 = AM, 12–23 = PM; may differ from local time depending on time zone and daylight-saving settings) • Trailer/Asset/Car ID* — trailer ID as entered by the user • Unit Serial #* — unit serial number • Unit Model #* — unit model number • Micro Software Revision* — software version on the main microprocessor module • Display Software Revision* — software version on the display module • Remote Display Rev* — software version on the remote display (if installed) • Main Micro Serial #* — serial number of the main microprocessor module
The following display only if the option is installed: • Intelliset* — IntelliSet option is installed • Datatrack Advanced* — Advanced DataTrak option is installed • Datatrack* — DataTrak option is installed
