Overview of the APX Control System and its features
The APX Control System consists of the Climate Control Module (CCM), Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) module, Aspen Interface, and DPF Controller and interconnecting wiring.
The Carrier Transicold APX Control System incorporates the following features: • Control cab air temperature to tight limits by providing heating or cooling to maintain operator comfort • Independent readouts of setpoint, cab, and ambient temperatures • Digital readout of unit temperatures, voltage, and other microprocessor inputs • Digital readout of selectable HVAC and automatic run modes • Digital display of alarm indications • Self-test check on program memory and data memory at start-up • Pre-Trip checkout of Power Unit and CCU operation
