Description
New settings could not be sent and saved in main microprocessor memory; the unit gives an alarm only.
Activation Conditions
There is an error in sending and saving new settings in the main microprocessor memory.

Reset Conditions
Alarm may be manually reset from the alarm menu in the Aspen Interface or by turning the unit off, then back on again.
Corrective Actions
1. Check control system software revision: Upgrade to the latest software version. 2. Reset Control System a. Turn APU OFF from the Aspen Interface. Disconnect negative battery cable, wait 20 seconds and reinstall. Then turn the APU back ON. b. Check Active Alarm List. Alarm is cleared: System is OK. c. If alarm remains active, unit will operate, but changes to the settings will not be retained in the control system memory. Download data and replace the Climate Control Module (CCM) .
