Microprocessor Error

Description
Microprocessor Error means the main microprocessor input and/or output board configuration is incorrect, and the unit shuts down and alarms.
Activation Conditions
If alarm 21100 No Comm from Any Board to Main Micro is not active and main microprocessor input and/or output board configuration is incorrect.
Unit Behavior
Engine and Electric Operation: Shutdown and alarm.
Reset Conditions
Auto reset when board communications are valid, or alarm may be manually reset by turning the unit off, then back on again.
Corrective Actions
1. Check Software Revision - Check microprocessor software Unit should have the software upgraded to the latest version, provided for Carrier Transicold dealers on the Carrier SolutionsCenter. 2. Reset Microprocessor a. Place the START/RUN-OFF switch in the OFF position. Disconnect negative battery cable or unplug PM connector. Wait 20 seconds and reinstall. Then place the START/RUN-OFF back in the START/ RUN position. The microprocessor powers up OK and the latest setpoint appears in the display. b. Alarm 00255 remains active. Download data and replace the Main Stepper Module (MM). Refer to Section 5.5.
