CCU IO Lost Configuration

Description

The Climate Control Module has lost configuration 10 times, and the APU shuts down and reboots while the display stays powered.

Activation Conditions

Climate Control Module loses configuration 10 times System Response APU will shut down and reboot will occur. Display will remain powered.

Unit Behavior

See manual.

Reset Conditions

Auto reset when valid configuration is restored. Manual reset by turning unit OFF and the back ON.

Corrective Actions

1. Inspect wiring connections at CCM-J6 2. Replace Climate Control Module – Copy configuration file using CabinTech and replace CCM. Refer to section X for CCM replacement instructions.
