Description

The DPF controller detects heater failure, and the unit shuts down.

Activation Conditions

DPF controller detects heater failure.

Unit Behavior

Shutdown

Reset Conditions

Normal heater function within 10 minutes of a regeneration cycle. OR Alarm Reset OR Cycle Power

Corrective Actions

1. Validate temperature sensor. 2. Validate exhaust heater. 3. Validate generator output under high load conditions with CabinTech 4. Inspect DPF. Clean DPF if necessary
