EES Loss of Communication to Controller
system
Description
No ECM CAM messages were received for ten seconds, so EES lost communication with the main micro and the unit does a required shutdown.
Activation Conditions
No ECM CAM messages received for ten seconds. EES has lost communication with the main micro.
Unit Behavior
Required Shutdown.
Reset Conditions
If trigger on message not received for five seconds, alarm reset or alarm may be manually reset by turning the unit off, then back on again.
Corrective Actions
Inspect CAN communication wires for damage/corrosion. Repair if necessary. Check alarm queue.
