Corrective Actions
1. Check 1HTCON2 a. Inspect contactor coil and connectors. Verify there is no damage to coil, and no damage, moisture, or corrosion in connector. b. Check contactor coil resistance. Refer to Section 2.11 for contactor coil resistance values. Cannot be opened (infinite ohms), shorted (Zero Ohms) or shorted to ground. 2. Check 1HTCON2 Using Component Test Mode a. Use Component Test mode to energize 1HTCON2. (Refer to Section 5.2.4.) Verify Current Draw on Component Test mode Screen. Refer to Section 2.11 for correct electrical values. b. Check coil voltage between A1 and A2. Verify 12 VDC between A1 and A2. c. Check resistance at contacts. Verify contacts are closed at L1-T1, L2-T2, L3-T3. 3. Check 1HTCON2 Wiring - Inspect harness and control box connector pins and terminals CCB-3 to 1HTCON2-A1 and 1HTCON1-A2 to ground. (See wiring schematic Section 10.2) Verify there is no physical damage to harness, and no damage, moisture, or corrosion in connectors. 4. Check CCB status indicator - Refer to Section 2.5.4. 05028 PM Fuse 2 Alarm • Trigger-on Condition: TPC Reports Fuse Status Bad AND SIO Comm Fail Alarm 25800 is active for 15 seconds. • Control Response: Alarm condition only. • Trigger-off Condition: Activate conditions not true for two seconds.
