Description
No DPF CAN messages were received from the DPF controller for more than 10 seconds, and the unit gives an alarm only.
Activation Conditions
No DPF CAN messages from DPF controller for >10 seconds.
Unit Behavior
Alarm only
Reset Conditions
DPF CAN messages from DPF controller. OR Alarm Reset OR
Corrective Actions
1. Check DPF controller cable connections. a. Inspect connector pins and sockets. b. Must be clean and tight. 2. Check CANBUS electrical connector J10 on CCM a. Inspect connector sockets and pins on CCM. b. Must be clean and tight. 3. Power cycle DPF controller. 4. Replace DPF controller.
