Corrective Actions
1. Check Configurations: Check Configurations. All must be set for selectable values. 2. Check Software Version: Check software version. Upgrade to the latest version of software. If changes were made using a newer version of CabinTech, that version may contain configurations that were not present in older versions of software. 3. Reconfigure Control System: Using the latest version of CabinTech or a Configuration USB, copy the desired Configuration file to the device, then load the file into the control system. Allow the control system to reboot itself. 4. Reset Control System a. Turn APU OFF from the Aspen Interface. Disconnect negative battery cable, wait 20 seconds and reinstall. Then turn the APU back ON. b. Check for valid Configuration settings in System Configuration in Cabin. If all parameter values are set correctly the alarm is cleared. c. Verify valid Configuration settings in System Configuration in CabinTech. d. Valid configurations cannot be entered, and alarm remains active. Download data and replace the Climate Control Module (CCM).
