Description

The DPF controller reports extreme high exhaust pressure greater than 190mbar, and the unit shuts down.

Activation Conditions

DPF controller reports extreme high exhaust pressure greater than 190mbar.

Unit Behavior

Shutdown

Reset Conditions

DPF controller reading exhaust pressure less than 190mbar. OR Alarm Reset OR Cycle Power

Corrective Actions

1. Initiate a manual regeneration. 2. Visually inspect DPF filter. 3. Clean DPF filter. 4. Visually inspect and clean backpressure tube and port. 5. Disassemble and clean snubber assembly. 6. Power cycle DPF controller. 7. Replace DPF controller.
