Description

No data was being recorded by the data recorder, and the unit gives an alarm only.

Activation Conditions

No data is being recorded by the data recorder.

Unit Behavior

Engine and Electric Operation: Alarm only.

Reset Conditions

Alarm may be manually reset using the display mounted keys.

Corrective Actions

1. Clear Alarm a. Clear Active Alarm(s). b. Check for Active Alarm re-occurrence. If Inactive, download all data and retain. If Active, go to next step. 2. Micro Stepper Module Defective a. Download previous data using a Data Transfer USB memory device, or TRU-Tech. Data retrieval OK. b. Replace and setup Main Stepper Module. Refer to Section 5.5. NOTE Specific Configurations may be found on the Carrier SolutionsCenter (Authorized Carrier Transicold Dealers only).
