Description
The battery charger/alternator is not providing charge to the battery.
Activation Conditions
Battery charger not providing expected charge output.
Unit Behavior
May cause shutdown if battery depletes (see alarm 00016).
Reset Conditions
Auto reset when charger output is detected.
Corrective Actions
1. Check the battery charger/alternator output. 2. Check belt condition — look for wear, glazing, or slipping. 3. Check all electrical connections to the alternator. 4. If this alarm persists, the battery will eventually go low and trigger alarm 00016.
