Check Starter Buzzer

Description
The Buzzer (B) circuit is shorted or open, and the unit only alarms.
Activation Conditions
The Buzzer (B) circuit is shorted or open.
Unit Behavior
Alarm only.
Reset Conditions
Auto reset when Buzzer amp draw is normal, or alarm may be manually reset using the display mounted keys or by turning the unit off, then back on again.
Corrective Actions
1. Check Buzzer a. Inspect buzzer and wire connections. Verify that there is no damage to buzzer and no corrosion. b. Check resistance of buzzer. Cannot be opened (infinite ohms) or shorted (zero ohms). c. Use Component Test mode (Refer to Section 5.2.4) to test actual current draw of the circuit. Buzzer provides audible signal. View current draw in Component Test mode screen. Verify that the actual current is within the specifications. 2. Check Buzzer Wiring
