DPF Acknowledge Error

Description
The DPF controller did not acknowledge a requested regeneration command for 60 consecutive seconds, and the unit alarms.
Activation Conditions
The DPF controller has not acknowledged a requested regeneration command for 60 consecutive seconds.
Unit Behavior

Reset Conditions
DPF controller acknowledges and initiates a regeneration within 60 consecutive seconds once command has been given. OR Alarm Reset OR Cycle Power
Corrective Actions
1. Visually inspect electrical connection at DPF controller, check for any recessed sockets inside electrical connector. Check for any broken / bent pins on the DPF controller. 2. Visually inspect CAN D circuit J1-2 and J1-7 electrical connection on APU module, Check for any recessed sockets inside connector or any damaged pins on the CCM. Check for loose connection or damaged wires. 3. Disconnect battery power and unplug electrical connectors J1 on APU module and J5 on DPF controller. 4. Check resistance on CAN D J1-2 to J5-2 and CAN D J1-7 to J5-3 resistance should be less than 0.5 5. Ω. Check resistance between J1-2 and J1-7 resistance should read OL. Check resistance between J1-2 and J1-7 to ground and B+ resistance should read OL. 6. Power cycle DPF controller by reconnecting batteries. Verify if alarm is still active. If active proceed to step 6. 7. Replace DPF controller.
