AC Heater 2
system
Description
The Heater 2 VAC reading does not match the ordered heater state, and the unit gives an alarm only.
Activation Conditions
VAC reading from Heater 2 does not match ordered heater state. A05100 or A5101 not active or pending
Unit Behavior
Alarm Only
Reset Conditions
VAC reading from compressor matches ordered state
Corrective Actions
1. Check Heater 2 status in the System Values menu in CabinTech. a. If Heater 2 shows OFF check for voltage between J5-2 and J5-3. If voltage is present, go to step 2. If voltage is not present, go to step 3. b. If the Heater c. 2 shows ON go to step 3 2. Disconnect J5 connector (Heater) a. If alarm 5107 is no longer active with heater harness disconnected, there is problem with the heater or heater harness. Check for short to power in the harness and heater assembly. b. If alarm 510 c. 7 is still active with heater harness disconnected, go to step 3. 3. Replace the CCM board a. Refer to section 8.34 for CCM board replacement instructions
